IRHACE Council Member Howard Healey, will be representing IRHACE at the unveiling of the Plaque commemorating the contribution that refrigeration has made to the New Zealand economy. The Plaque unveiling will occur in Dunedin on 23rd of November 2009 where the first shipment of refrigerated meat was transported by the SS Dunedin in 1881.
